VHBs (Very Helpful Briefs) - Phrases

What I'm working on at the moment are briefs of high-frequency phrases.  Once learned, they cut down so much on time required to write, so it's easier to keep up with fast talkers; also, they cut down on wear and tear on the body.  Lots of reporters do this, so I don't claim to be coming up with the idea on my own.  Just sharing some good ones that help me a lot:
